We have a maximum limit of £999 for single purchases.

DISPATCH

Our goal is to have all orders dispatched by Royal Mail within 24 hours between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

DELIVERY

All products will be delivered with Royal Mail.

Orders under £40: £2.99
Orders over £40: FREE
 

Standard delivery is within 2-4 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be packed but will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day.

You can return products for any reason until 14 day after receiving them. 
All postage costs must be covered by yourself and with a tracked delivery.

 

Any products that have been unsealed or tampered will be refused.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.
