Standard delivery is within 2-4 working days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be packed but will not be collected by Royal Mail until the next working day.

Any Items Next Day Delivery: £4.99

PRE-RELEASE ORDERS

All Pre-Release Orders must be ordered with Next Day Delivery and therefore it will be dispatched the day before the release date.

During the pre-release, we are the third party so if we are delayed from the supplier or due to delivery we cant guarantee you will recieve the product on the release date.

You can return products for any reason until 14 day after receiving them. 
All postage costs must be covered by yourself and any products that have been unsealed or tampered will be refused.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period.

If you recieve a damaged product do not open the product fully and contact us immediately
